Hyaluronidase enzyme in strept

فكرة حضرتك رائعة وانا متحمسة ليها جدا
لانى بحب microbiology جدا

وياريت تسمحلى بسؤال

خاص ب streptcocci

as it clear to be understood
the hyaluronic acid capsule is one of it's virulence factors
as it act as immunological mask to avoid the phagositosis

and on of the invasive factors of strept is
hyaluronidase enz

my question is
:is that enz affect it's one capsule
and if that occure
is it logic that one of it's virulence factors cancelled another imp one

ان مش كل ال strains of strept عندها كبسول 

بعضها بس

و برده نفس الكلام بالنسبة للانزيم بالظبط مش كل الانواع بتفرزه

ولما بنقول ال virulence factors

فاحنا هنا بنتكلم عن كل العوامل اللي موجوده في كل ال strains

ومش شرط تكون في كل نوع

However, very few isolates of S. pyogenes are capable of secreting active hyaluronidase due to mutations in the gene that encode the enzyme. Moreover, the few isolates that are capable of secreting hyaluronidase do not appear to need it to spread through tissues or to cause skin lesions.^[8] Thus, the true role of hyaluronidase in pathogenesis, if any, remains unknown.
