طب على اساس ايه بيعمل ممكن يعمل ف واحد type 1
و ف غيره type 2
و هكذا
و برضه ال serum sickness ???
بيعمل انهي انواع و على اساس ايه ؟

البنسيلين بيسبب 3 انواع من ال Hypersensitivity

Tyepes 1 , 2 and 3 not 4

Type I:

It is allergic reaction may occur due to penicillin injection, which cause mast cell degranulation.........may lead to systemic form "Anaphylactic shock".

Type II:

Due to action of penicillin as a "Hapten"

which can be carried by the RBCs

Stimulating formation of Auto Abs against these RBCs causing haemolytic anaemia.

Type III:
It cause the local form "not the systemic"..... Arthus reaction.

Due to multipe injction of penicillin at the same site, which stimulate Ab formation.....against penicillin then complement activation locally at the site of inhection causing tissue necrosis.
