القصة ببساطة الاتي:

وده معناه ان ال Cytotoxic T بتمسك وبتتعرف علي ال antigen لما يكون متقدم ليها مع
MHC 1 وده اللي بنسميه Ag presentation
واللي بيقوم بالدور ده هيا ال Ag presenting cells
هيا اللي بتطلع الاجزاء المهمه من ال antigen علي السطح بتاعها بعد ماتكون كسرته في ال Phagocytosis
It presents these antigenic parts in association of MHC
If it wants to activate T cytotoxic, it will present this antigenic part in association with MHC class I
Because CD8"which present on the surface of the Cytotoxic T binds with the MHC class I during the activation of the cell.
كل القصة اللي فاتت دي بتحصل بين ال Cytotoxic T و ال Ag presenting cells
علشان الخلية تتنشط و تتحول الي specific Tc against specific Ag
وليكن ال Agده فيروس
ساعتها ال Cytotoxic T هاتمشي في الجسم وتبدأ تدور علي الخلايا اللي جواها الفيروس ده "virally infected cells"
الخلايا دي لما بيدخلها الفيروس بيعمل نوع من انواع التثبيط "suppression " لل MHC class I
It means Viruses suppress MHC class I expression on the surface of the virally infected cells.
خلي بالك الخلية اللي فيها فيروسات دي بترتبط بيها ال Cytotoxic T علشان تقتلها مش علشان ال Activation
